Before joining Source 360 in 2007, Paul held senior management positions with the Four Seasons Resorts, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and National Geographic Expeditions.

Paul has over 30 years of management experience in the service, hospitality, and tourism fields, having held operations management positions with 5-star resorts and high-end cruise lines throughout Europe and North America.

Growing up in a multicultural environment, Paul’s native languages are Italian and Romanian. He is fluent in Spanish and French as well. Paul received his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Tourism and Hospitality from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.
