Rachel Goodman joined Source 360 in January 2021, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in training & development and leadership. Having worked in both the non and for-profit sectors, Rachel’s experience with organizational development and leadership training is vast and refined.

Within these diverse organizations, she has had the privilege to serve in several positions including HR Director, Program Director, and Lead Mentor/Trainer.
